Instructions

  1. The cup of my choice has a volume of 200 ml.
  2. Knead the flour, water, yeast, olive oil, sugar and salt into a yeast dough. This works best with a machine, the longer the dough kneads, the better it gets. Let the dough rise for about 30 minutes.
  3. Weigh the yeast dough into 4 equal parts and shape into balls. Let the balls rise a little more.
  4. Roll out the dough balls in a circle to the size of the pan (28 cm).
  5. Preheat the pan on medium heat, distribute some olive oil in the pan and sprinkle with some salt. Place the rolled out dough in the pan and fry until it has got some color. Then turn the flatbread.
  6. Various very finely chopped vegetables and salami, ham or tuna, also cut into small pieces, and grated cheese are suitable for the topping.
  7. Spread about 40 ml of tomato sauce on a flat cake, cover with the desired ingredients and cover with the pan lid. Once the cheese has melted, the pizza is ready.
  8. Be careful, if the pan is too hot, the batter will turn black and will not be baked through!
  9. Baking time per pizza 5 - 8 minutes.
