Pancakes on Beer, Stuffed with Chicken

What kind of pancakes are not baked! Probably, as many housewives, there are so many recipes for making pancakes: with milk, with kefir, with water … Try to cook wonderful pancakes with beer, and then stuff them with chicken filling, breaded in breadcrumbs and fry until golden brown. Tasty – words cannot convey!

Ingredients

For the test:

  • Flour – 300 g
  • Beer – 500 ml
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Sour cream – 1 tbsp
  • Sugar – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon

For filling:

  • Boiled chicken fillet – 500 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Butter – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – 0.25 teaspoon
  • Spices for chicken (optional) – 0.5 teaspoon

For breading:

  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Milk – 3 tbsp
  • Breadcrumbs

For frying:

  • Vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Let’s start cooking with the dough. We prepare the necessary ingredients.
  2. We divide the eggs into yolks and whites. Grind the yolks with sour cream, sugar and salt. Whisk the whites until stable peaks.
  3. Add half of the beer to the egg mixture and beat the mixture with a whisk. Pour flour there and mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps.
  4. Add the remaining beer and whipped egg whites.
  5. Mix gently until smooth. The pancake dough on beer is ready!
  6. Fry thin pancakes in a dry preheated pan for about 1 minute on each side.
  7. Let’s start preparing the filling for pancakes. We prepare products. Chicken fillet must be boiled in advance until tender (30 minutes) and allowed to cool.
  8. We pass the boiled chicken fillet through a meat grinder. Add the egg, butter, salt and pepper, chicken spices to the meat if desired.
  9. Put the filling on the pancakes and roll them up.
  10. For convenience, stuffed pancakes can be cut in half.
  11. Cooking ice cream: beat eggs with milk with a whisk. Preparing a plate of bread crumbs.
  12. Dip the stuffed pancakes in a beaten egg and then roll in breadcrumbs.
  13. Preheat a frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry pancakes with chicken over medium heat until golden brown on all sides.
  14. Pancakes on beer, stuffed with chicken, ready!
