Ingredients
- 8 tortilla (s) or pancakes
- 2 piece (s) turkey breast or
- 300 g turkey breast, smoked, sliced
- 1 salad (romaine lettuce)
- 5 tablespoon sauce (Texmex sauce)
- 1 onion (s)
- salt and pepper

- Season the turkey breast with salt and pepper and fry on both sides in a pan, remove and cut into strips, set aside.
- Finely chop and wash the lettuce, peel the onion and cut into fine rings.
- Spread the tortillias or pancakes on a work surface and brush with the sauce. Spread the drained lettuce and onions on the tortillias, place the turkey breast strips or the turkey breast slices on top. Roll up and wrap in household foil. Let it steep in the refrigerator for 15 minutes or more. For serving, cut the rolls diagonally and arrange on a platter.
