Chicken Salad with Cheese Pancakes

The chicken and cheese pancakes salad is easy to make at home. If you love original dishes, then you will surely like the spicy taste of the salad. It contains nutritious chicken meat and cheese pancakes that you can easily fry yourself.

Ingredients

  • Boiled chicken fillet – 150 g
  • Cucumbers – 150 g
  • Hard cheese – 50 g
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Vegetable oil – for greasing the pan

For refueling:

  • Soy sauce – 3 tbsp
  • Olive oil – 3 tbsp
  • Mustard – 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice – 2 teaspoon.
  • Sugar – 0.5 teaspoon.
  • Garlic – 3 cloves

For powder:

  • Sesame seeds – 10 g

Directions

  1. Prepare foods for the chicken and cheese pancakes salad.
  2. Cut fresh cucumbers into long strips.
  3. Divide the boiled chicken fillet into pieces by hand.
  4. Drive chicken eggs into a bowl, beat slightly. We add grated cheese to them. Mix again and get the base for the pancakes.
  5. Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan and pour out half of the mixture, divide it into two pancakes. We begin to fry the first pancake.
  6. When the underside of the pancake is fried, turn it over and fry it on the back. In the same way, fry the second part of the cheese mass.
  7. Prepare the salad dressing: combine soy sauce, mustard and sugar. Also pepper the sauce to taste. If there is not enough salt, add salt. Mix well – and the sauce is ready.
  8. Twist the cooled cheese pancakes into a tube and cut into long strips.
  9. We send all prepared products to the salad bowl: chicken, cucumbers and cheese pancakes.
  10. Season the salad with chicken and cheese pancakes with a delicious sauce and mix.
  11. We spread the salad with chicken and cheese pancakes in portioned bowls and sprinkle with sesame seeds, which can be fried in advance to make it more aromatic.
