Chicken Pancakes

Chopped chicken and cheese meatballs. Delicate and melting in the mouth.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet – 300 g
- Chicken egg – 2 pcs.
- Cheese – 150 g
- Chopped parsley – 1 tablespoon
- Wheat flour – 1 tablespoon.
- Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
- Ground black pepper – on the tip of a knife.
- Seasoning for chicken – 1/2 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil
Directions
- Prepare food. Rinse the chicken fillet and dry with a napkin
- Beat the eggs into a bowl and beat lightly.
- Add grated cheese to the eggs.
- Add parsley, flour, spices.
- Chop the chicken fillet into small pieces.
- Mix everything thoroughly.
- Preheat a skillet with vegetable oil. Pour the pancakes with a spoon.
- Fry the chicken pancakes on both sides under the lid until golden brown.
- Ready-made chicken pancakes.
