- 1 bunch rocket (rocket; approx. 60g)
- 5 egg (s)
- 100 ml milk
- 100 ml mineral water
- 100 g flour
- salt
- pepper
- 30 g tomato (s), dried
- 200 g cream cheese
- 150 g ham, cooked (thinly sliced)
- oil

- Clean rocket, wash thoroughly, pat dry.
- Line the baking sheet with baking paper and put it in the preheated oven (electric stove: 200 degrees / convection: 175 degrees / gas: level 3).
- Mix eggs, milk, mineral water and flour to form a smooth dough. Season with salt and pepper.
- Remove the tray, brush the baking paper with oil. Put the batter on top, spread 1/3 rocket on top, press down. Put in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes at the same temperature.
- In the meantime, chop the tomatoes, mix with the cream cheese and season with pepper.
- Take out the pancakes, pull down with the paper. Brush with cream cheese and top with ham. Spread the rest of the rocket on the ham, except for a little. Roll up the pancakes from the long side. Cut the roll into pieces. Arrange on plates and garnish with the rest of the rocket.
