Unsweetened pizza-like ham and cheese pancakes are a great idea for a hearty breakfast or quick bite. Such pancakes are prepared in milk and due to the baking powder they turn out to be lush and porous. The additives, cheese and ham, are grated and thus more evenly distributed in the dough than when diced.

Directions
Prepare the required ingredients. From the amount indicated in the recipe, I got 10 medium-sized pancakes. Instead of ham, you can use sausage or sausages. It is best to get milk out of the refrigerator in advance – it should be at room temperature.
Combine milk, vegetable oil, and egg in a bowl.
Mix thoroughly with a fork or whisk.
Pour dry ingredients into the liquid base: flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and black pepper.
Knead the dough thoroughly until smooth. It should turn out to be quite liquid and drain from the rim in a thin stream.
Grate the ham on a coarse grater.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Transfer the cheese and ham to the dough.
Spoon the additives into the dough and let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes with a clean kitchen towel or cling film over the bowl.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Place the dough in the skillet for about 1.5 tablespoon each. spoons, forming round pancakes.
Grill the pancakes over a slightly low-medium heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until they are beautifully golden brown.
Transfer the finished pancakes from the pan to a napkin so that the excess oil is absorbed, and in the meantime, fry the next batch.
Serve the ham and cheese pancakes to the table. With sour cream – just perfect!
