Panir Masala

Recipe for making cheese cubes fried with spices. Indian food.

Pour 2 tablespoons of oil into a hot skillet.
Add tofu cubes.
Fry the paneer cubes until golden brown on all sides.
Drain the oil and set aside on a plate with a tissue to dry.
Add 1 tablespoon oil to the same skillet and toss in the chopped onion.
Fry until golden brown. Add 1 tablespoon fresh chopped ginger and garlic paste.
Fry for a couple of minutes.
Add 1 tablespoon dhania powder (mally podi), 1 teaspoon chili powder, 1 teaspoon. garam masala and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Cooking for 30 seconds.
Next, you need to add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste.
Add 1 tablespoon of ketchup.
Add a pinch of Kasuri Meti.
In this mixture, add 1/2 cup milk. Mix well. Cook for about 5 minutes over low heat.
A secret weapon that will add an unreal taste to the dish.
Add cheese tofu to the sauce.
Pour in 1 cup of cream. Stir well and simmer over low heat for 3-4 minutes. Salt and serve.
