Panir Masala

Recipe for making cheese cubes fried with spices. Indian food.

Servings: 1-2

Ingredients

  • Onion – 1 Piece
  • Garlic – 1 Tbsp. spoon (with paste)
  • Garam masala – 1 Teaspoon
  • Red Pepper – 1 Teaspoon (powder)
  • Tomato paste – 1 tablespoon the spoon
  • Ketchup – 1 Art. the spoon
  • Dried Fenugreek Leaves – 1 Pinch ((Kasuri Meti))
  • Milk – 1/2 Cup
  • Oil – 3 Art. spoons
  • Salt – 1 Piece

Directions

  1. Pour 2 tablespoons of oil into a hot skillet.
  2. Add tofu cubes.
  3. Fry the paneer cubes until golden brown on all sides.
  4. Drain the oil and set aside on a plate with a tissue to dry.
  5. Add 1 tablespoon oil to the same skillet and toss in the chopped onion.
  6. Fry until golden brown. Add 1 tablespoon fresh chopped ginger and garlic paste.
  7. Fry for a couple of minutes.
  8. Add 1 tablespoon dhania powder (mally podi), 1 teaspoon chili powder, 1 teaspoon. garam masala and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Cooking for 30 seconds.
  9. Next, you need to add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste.
  10. Add 1 tablespoon of ketchup.
  11. Add a pinch of Kasuri Meti.
  12. In this mixture, add 1/2 cup milk. Mix well. Cook for about 5 minutes over low heat.
  13. A secret weapon that will add an unreal taste to the dish.
  14. Add cheese tofu to the sauce.
  15. Pour in 1 cup of cream. Stir well and simmer over low heat for 3-4 minutes. Salt and serve.
