Ingredients

  • 6 cup water
  • 4 cup milk
  • 6 cardamom capsules, green
  • 4 carnation (s)
  • 1 tablespoon fennel seeds
  • 1 teaspoon anise
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ ginger, fresh, finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoon tea, black
  • 6 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Bring the ingredients, with the exception of milk and black tea, to a boil in a saucepan and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Now add the milk and continue to simmer for 5 minutes. Add black tea, bring to the boil briefly and let steep for 3-5 minutes. Then drain through a sieve and sweeten to taste. Serve hot.
