Panna Cotta

Delicious, delicate Italian dessert. Ideal when you want something not very sweet.

Cook: 3 hour

Servings: 5

Ingredients

  • Cream (20%) – 400 ml
  • Sugar – 100 g
  • Vanilla sugar – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Gelatin – 11 g (5 plates)

How to make panna cotta:

Directions

  1. Soak gelatin in 150 g of cold water for 15 minutes.
  2. Pour the cream into a saucepan, add sugar and vanillin. Boil. Stir constantly.
  3. Squeeze the gelatin.
  4. Add gelatin and mix well. Don’t let it boil.
  5. Pour into molds and put panna cotta in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
