Panna Cotta with Kiwi

Preparing for a romantic dinner a delicious jelly dessert “panna cotta” with fruit.

Cook: 1 hour

Servings: 4

Ingredients

Cream 20% – 500 ml
White chocolate – 100 g
Sugar – 50 g
Vanilla sugar – 1/3 teaspoon
Gelatin – 30 g
Cold water – 100 ml
Kiwi – 3-4 pcs.

Directions

  1. Pour gelatin with cold water, leave for 10 minutes.
  2. Pour the cream into a saucepan, heat until hot, but do not boil. Dissolve gelatin, sugar (optional), white chocolate, and vanilla sugar in the cream. Pour into a bowl, cool, place in the freezer for 10 minutes. Beat with a mixer.
  3. Crush the kiwi with a fork or cut it into cubes. Put a little kiwi on the bottom of the glass, pour the jelly halfway. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes. Put a layer of kiwi and pour over the jelly, refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  4. We serve ready-made panna cotta to the table. Enjoy your meal!
