Ingredients

  • 500 g mushrooms or mixed mushrooms
  • 1 large onion (s), diced
  • 100 g bacon or smoked pork, diced
  • 1 handful wild garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 shot sherry
  • 400 ml cream
  • 500 g ribbon noodles (papardelle)
  • possibly fondor

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta until al dente, in the meantime clean the mushrooms, cut them into pieces and fry them very hot so that they get color, fry the onions and bacon with them.
  2. Wash the wild garlic, cut into fine strips and add, deglaze everything with sherry and pour on the cream. Bring to the boil and season with salt, pepper and possibly fondor.
  3. Serve immediately with the cooked hot noodles.
