  • 500 g turkey escalope or pork escalope
  • 3 red pepper (s)
  • 1 packet tomato (s), happened
  • 1 cup cream
  • onion (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Herbs (e.g. oregano, basil )

Instructions

  1. Wash the schnitzel, cut in half and place in a baking dish. Clean the peppers and cut into strips, then spread on the meat. If you like, you can cut the onions into rings and place them on the pepper strips.
  2. Put the cream and the tomatoes in a shaker, add the herbs and spices and shake everything well. Pour over the meat and pepper strips.
  3. Cook in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes. Rice or hash browns go well with it.
