Ingredients

  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 50 g parmesan, freshly rated
  • 8 thin turkey escalope or pork escalope
  • 8 slices Parma ham, thinly sliced
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Strip off rosemary needles, chop finely and fry briefly (approx. 1 minute) in 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Allow to cool and mix with the cheese to form a paste. Lightly season the schnitzel with salt and pepper and coat with the cheese paste. Wrap the ham slices crosswise around the schnitzel.
  2. Heat the remaining oil in a non-stick pan and gently fry the schnitzel in it.
  3. A bean and noodle salad goes perfectly with it.
