  • 250 g spahetti
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 200 g parmesan, freshly rated
  • 200 ml cream, or Cremefine
  • salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 handful basil, fresh, to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water.
  2. For the sauce, dissolve the processed cheese in the cream. Then add the freshly grated parmesan and let it melt
  3. (you should take fresh Parmesan or Parmesan in good freshness packaging - no semi-dry and less aromatic ones from the shaker ). Season to taste with pepper. Mix the pasta with the sauce. Depending on your taste, cut a few leaves of fresh basil into fine strips and add them to the sauce.
  4. The noodles taste good as an accompaniment to the schnitzel, but also as a quick meal without the schnitzel. Depending on your mood, you can also add a couple of tomato eighths.
