Ingredients

  • 2 port. Pasta
  • 1 handful basil, fresh
  • 2 tomato (s) or cocktail tomatoes
  • 10 olives, green
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 lemon (s), including the juice
  • Parmesan, fresh
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare salted water for the pasta and add the garlic cloves with the peel. When it boils, add the pasta.
  2. Meanwhile, dice the tomatoes (halve or quarter the cocktail tomatoes) and quarter the olives. Strain the pasta and put it back in the pan (no longer on the stove). Peel and crush the garlic cloves and add them to the pasta. Add the tomatoes and olives (with the juice that leaks out as you cut). Then pour the juice of a lemon over it and finally add the basil leaves. Stir everything well, add plenty of salt and pepper and serve with plenty of parmesan.
  3. A delicious salad goes well with it.
