Ingredients
- 250 g low-fat quark
- 100 ml cream
- 2 mandarins, the juice
- 1 lemon (s), add the juice
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 4 tablespoon sugar, (to taste)

- Whip the cream until stiff.
- Mix the quark with the juice, sugar and vanilla sugar, then fold in the cream and chill everything until you eat it.
- Fill into dessert bowls before serving. If you like, you can decorate with pieces of tangerine or biscuit crumbs.
- The curd is great for making a quick dessert. My kids love it.
