Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 500 g savoy cabbae, cut
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 roll (s) puff pastry, round
  • pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ nutmeg
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 200 ml milk
  • 100 ml cream
  • 50 g parmesan, rated
  • 100 g cheese, rated
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Braise the savoy cabbage in a pan or saucepan with butter and oil and season with pepper and nutmeg. Let simmer for about 15 minutes on a low heat and then set aside.
  2. Brush a springform pan with a little oil and lay out the puff pastry in it, prick with a fork.
  3. Now mix the eggs with the cream, milk, salt and cheese in a bowl. Put the savoy cabbage in the mold and pour the whisked cream and cheese mixture on top. Then bake in the oven at 175 ° C for about 35 minutes and then let it cool down.
