Ingredients

  • 1 kg minced meat, mixed
  • 2 rolls, stale
  • 2 onions)
  • 2 red pepper (s)
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 tablespoon mustard (herb mustard)
  • 1 tablespoon curry ketchup
  • salt and pepper
  • milk
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet

Instructions

  1. Soak the rolls in the milk. Cut the onion and bell pepper into small pieces. Mix the squeezed out rolls with the finely chopped onion, bell pepper, raw eggs, mustard and ketchup. Season the minced mixture with the spices.
  2. Shape the dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet lined with baking foil. Place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for approx. 20 minutes, switch to the highest setting for the last few minutes or, if possible, briefly grill over.
  3. Makes about 50 balls, which can be prepared well the day before.
