  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 150 g mountain cheese, rated
  • 100 g fried onions (finished product)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Clean the mushrooms and cut into small cubes. Rinse the chives, shake dry and cut into rolls. Mix both with mountain cheese and fried onions.
  2. Preheat the oven to 225 ° C.
