Ingredients

  • 1 packet puff pastry, rolled up ready to bake
  • 500 g minced meat, (beef)
  • mustard
  • salt
  • Paprika powder
  • pepper
  • 300 g cheese, (Gouda), diced
  • 1 red pepper (s), diced
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees or 180 degrees circulating air.
  2. Season the minced meat with mustard, salt, paprika powder and pepper. Dice the peppers and Gouda and mix with the minced meat. Roll out the puff pastry, spread the minced meat on top and roll up again. Place the meatloaf seam down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Prick the top a few times with a fork. Now mix the oil with a little paprika and brush the meatloaf with it. Now bake in the preheated oven for approx. 60 minutes.
  3. The meatloaf can be eaten hot but also very good cold.
