Instructions

  1. Put the minced meat in a large bowl. Soak the rolls in water. Add 1 - 2 eggs to the minced meat. Add spices to taste as well as minced meat seasoning. Mix in the mustard.
  2. When the roll is softened, squeeze it out and add to the mixture. Put the onion in a blender and chop very finely. Also add to the minced meat (if you like, you can also add garlic - with the amount I would use 4 - 5 cloves).
  3. Mix the whole thing well and then place on a greased baking sheet (attention: please use a deep sheet, otherwise the juice will overflow!). Spread the tomatoes on top. Finely dice the peppers and sprinkle over them. Also distribute the corn on top. Cut the tomatoes into slices and spread them on top as well. Put the sliced mozzarella on top of the tomatoes.
  4. Put 2 - 3 eggs in a pan and fry the fried eggs. But only so long that you can take the egg out of the pan. Spread the eggs on the minced meat. Fry the bacon in the pan and place on top of the eggs.
  5. Cut the wieners into pieces approx. Cut the sausage in a cross shape at one end. Stick it into the minced meat with the cross facing up. Finally, spread the cheese over it. Bake at 200 ° C for about 40 minutes.
  6. Then cut into pieces. If you like, you can serve it with warm tomato sauce. Serve with fresh baguette. You can also serve the minced meat cake cold.
