Ingredients
- 5 passion fruit (approx. 120 g strained fruit)
- 2 cups yogurt, Greek (150 ml each)
- 60 g suar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 pinch (s) vanilla powder
- 1 squirt lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon, leveled sugar (lemon sugar)
- 200 ml cream, whipped
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar

- Put the pulp of the passion fruit through a sieve, it should be about 120 g of juice. Mix the juice with the yoghurt and the spices well.
- Whip the cream with vanilla sugar, lightly sweet and stiff. Then pull into the fruit yoghurt mixture.
- Cool well and freeze in the ice cream maker in approx. 20 - 30 minutes. Then place the ice cream in the freezer to freeze.
