  • 300 g pasta
  • 300 g broccoli
  • 150 g cooked ham
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cream
  • 100 ml milk
  • 100 g cheese, rated
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Clean and wash the broccoli, cut into small florets and cook until firm to the bite. Finely dice the cooked ham. Put these ingredients together in a baking dish. Make a sauce from sour cream, cream and milk and season it with salt, pepper and possibly nutmeg. Pour the sauce over the casserole. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
