- 500 g pasta, (e.. spiral pasta)
- 2 onion (s), chopped
- 250 g zucchini, cut into sticks
- 150 g salmon, smoked
- 100 g sweet cream
- 200 g cheese (Emmentaler), rated
- salt
- Pepper, possibly garlic pepper
- 1 tablespoon oil

- Cook the noodles al dente. Fry the onions and zucchini in oil. Mix with the pasta and place in an ovenproof dish. Cut the smoked salmon into strips and pour over them. Drizzle with the cream and season with salt and pepper. Finally, spread the grated cheese on top and bake in the oven at 175 ° C (with convection around 150 ° C) for about 20 minutes.
