Pasta with Fish and Tomatoes

Fish and Tomato Pasta is a simple homemade dish that is great for dinner.

Cook: 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti – 150-200 g
  • White fish (whitefish) – 150 g
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Anchovies – 2 pcs.
  • Tomatoes – 2 pcs.
  • Parsley – 2 sprigs
  • Capers – 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil – 3-4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. White fish (I have whitefish) gut, wash and cut into fillets. Cut the fillet into pieces.
  2. Cut the tomatoes into cubes.
  3. Chop capers and parsley.
  4. Fry chopped garlic and anchovies in a pan. Mash the anchovies and wait until they dissolve in the total mass.
  5. Add pieces of white fish and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Put the tomatoes in a frying pan, salt, and pepper.
  7. Cook the fish and tomatoes for 5-7 minutes, until the tomatoes are softened and juiced.
  8. While the sauce is preparing, boil the spaghetti in salted water. Cook for 1 minute less than indicated on the package. Do not drain the water yet.
  9. Transfer the spaghetti to the sauce. Stir and cook for 1 minute. If necessary, add a little water, in which the spaghetti was boiled.
  10. Sprinkle spaghetti with parsley and capers.
  11. Pasta with fish and tomatoes is ready. Arrange quickly on plates, drizzle with olive oil and pepper.
