Ingredients

  • 150 g tomato (s), dried in oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 handful basil, fresh leaves (plenty)
  • 150 g oat cream cheese
  • 200 g pasta, (linuine)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Chilli flakes

Instructions

  1. Drain the tomatoes in a colander while collecting the oil in a small bowl.
  2. Cut the tomatoes into strips. Peel garlic and chop finely. Wash the basil, shake dry, coarsely chop the leaves. Crumble the goat cheese with your fingers.
  3. Cook the noodles in plenty of salted water according to the instructions on the packet until they are firm to the bite.
  4. Heat 2 tablespoons of the tomato oil in a pan over low heat. Lightly sauté the garlic and tomatoes in it. Add goat cheese. Drain the pasta, which has now been finished, drain and fold it into the tomato and goat cheese with the basil and season the goat cheese pasta with freshly ground pepper.
  5. If you like it, you can season with some chilli flakes. Serve immediately.
