- 500 g pasta, your choice
- 2 packs ham, cooked (in foil)
- 2 onions)
- 2 cans mushrooms
- 1 packet processed cheese
- some cheese, grated
- 4 cloves garlic
- 0.25 liter ¼ milk
- salt and pepper

- Put the pasta in the boiling water.
- In the meantime, peel and chop the onions. Then fry the onions until translucent and later fry the ham and mushrooms briefly.
- After a few minutes, add the milk until the contents of the pan are covered. At the same time stir in the processed cheese.
- Now season with salt, pepper and garlic (garlic press) and simmer for about 5 minutes under low heat.
- Serve the pasta with the ham and mushroom sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese of your choice.
