Ingredients

  • 750 g tomato (s)
  • 1 pepper (s), orange
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 3 clove (s) garlic
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 500 g lamb fillet (s)
  • 450 g pasta
  • 1 teaspoon thyme, dried
  • 150 ml red wine

Instructions

  1. Peel, core and dice the tomatoes. Clean the peppers and also dice them. Finely chop the garlic and onion.
  2. The lamb fillet is cut into thin slices and fried briefly and vigorously in 2 tablespoons of oil. Salt and pepper and set aside.
  3. Now fry the peppers with the onions and garlic in the remaining oil for about 4 minutes. Season too. Add the thyme and tomatoes and cook together for about 4 minutes.
  4. Now add the seared lamb and the wine and let it steep for 3-4 minutes on a low flame.
  5. Mix in the pasta cooked according to the package instructions and serve.
