Ingredients

  • 400 g tomato (pizza)
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 150 g bacon, diced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 200 g peas, frozen
  • 400 g pasta
  • 80 g parmesan, freshly rated
  • salt and pepper
  • basil

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the butter in a pan and fry the bacon until crispy. Add the tomatoes and frozen peas and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Cut the basil into strips and add to the sauce with the mascarpone. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with fresh parmesan.
