Ingredients

  • 300 g spahetti
  • some butter
  • 24 shrimp (s)
  • 1 chilli pepper (s), red
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 10 cherry tomato (s)
  • 2 tablespoon peanut oil
  • 2 handfuls rocket
  • 1 handful parmesan, sliced into strips, optional

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta until al dente according to the instructions on the packet. Then toss in a little butter and keep warm.
  2. Cut the garlic and chilli pepper into thin strips and quarter the tomatoes. Heat the peanut oil in the wok, fry the garlic, chilli and prawns in it and toss. Finally fry the tomatoes briefly.
  3. Portion the spaghetti on deep plates, place a handful of rocket on each and top with the ingredients from the wok. If you like, you can spread a few parmesan strips over it.
