Instructions

  1. Cook the peas al dente (steam, stew). Then let it cool down.
  2. Peel the avocado and cut into cubes.
  3. Put the peas and avocado in a bowl.
  4. Add salt, pepper, olive oil, lemon juice and finely chopped mint and mix gently.
