- 400 g split peas, yellow
- 1 large onion (s)
- 100 g diced ham
- 2 liters vegetable stock
- 4 medium potato (s)
- 4 small carrot (s)
- 1 piece (s) celeriac
- 1 leek stick (s)
- 4 Mettenden (smokers)
- 4 Vienna sausages
- marjoram
- parsley
- salt and pepper

- Sauté the finely chopped onion and ham in oil, add the stock and peas and simmer for 60 minutes.
- Add the chopped vegetables and the smokers and let simmer for another 30 minutes. Add the herbs and the finely chopped wiener sausages. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
