Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 200 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 70 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 egg (s), size. L.
  • 100 g butter (room temperature)

For covering:

  • 800 g peach (s), pitted
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 125 g cream
  • 100 g almond (s), round
  • 1 egg (s), size. L.
  • 80 g suar
  • 40 g almond (s), sliced, for sprinklin and
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C fan-assisted air. Grease a 26cm tart or springform pan thoroughly and lightly flour.
  2. Wash, stone and cut the peaches. Mix with the lemon juice.
  3. For the dough, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, 70g sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl with a wide-toothed fork. Add the egg and butter and work with the dough hook of a hand mixer to form a smooth dough. Line the bottom of the tart pan evenly with it, forming an approx. 2 cm high rim. Prick several times with a fork and set aside.
  4. For the filling, whip in the cream, then stir in 80g sugar, the egg and the almonds until everything has combined well. Pour this mixture on the dough and spread the peaches on top as you like. Finally, sprinkle with the flaked almonds and 1-2 tablespoons of sugar.
  5. Bake for about 35 minutes. Let cool down well before cutting.
