- 6 tablespoon curry powder
- 500 ml cream or Cremefine
- some margarine for frying
- 1.2 liters vegetable stock
- 1 can tomato (s), chunky
- 1 can tomato (s), happened
- 1 large can peach (s)
- 300 g bacon, diced

- Fry the bacon cubes in a pan until crispy, then set aside. Finely chop the onions and cut the peaches into small pieces.
- Fry the onions in a little margarine. Add the vegetable stock, curry powder, cream, tomatoes and peaches and bring everything to a boil. Simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes.
- Then add the bacon and serve the soup hot with delicious bread.
