Line the bottom of a salad bowl or tall form thickly with the biscuit. Soak with a little fruit juice and the liqueur (you can also just use liqueur). Cook the pudding according to the instructions, let it cool and cover the sponge cake with it. Layer the fruit on top and let it cool. Just before serving, cover with freshly whipped cream and decorate with fruits or chocolate flakes.
Please do not make the layers too thin - depending on the bowl and taste, your favorite layer can be the thickest.
Can be prepared very well the evening before! If children eat with them, the alcohol can be omitted or, if fresh fruit is used, sweet soda or tonic water can be used as a substitute.
