Ingredients

  • 100 g chocolate, dark chocolate), chopped, melted
  • 200 g butter, soft
  • 200 g peanut butter
  • 300 g suar

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter with the peanut butter, sugar and salt until creamy. Mix in the eggs one by one. Mix the flour with the almonds and baking powder and stir in alternately with the milk. Divide the dough into two portions. Stir the melted chocolate into one half.
  2. First fill the light batter into a greased bundt pan, then place the chocolate batter on top. Pull a fork through the dough in a spiral. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° for 60 - 70 minutes.
  3. Melt both types of couverture and coat the cake with them.
