Ingredients

  • 150 g peanut butter, creamy
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter, chunky (crunchy)
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder, possibly more
  • 1 teaspoon curry, (masala)
  • 0.5 clove ½ (s) garlic, pressed through
  • 160 ml poultry broth or vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Chili powder
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Mix the creamy and chunky peanut butter with the broth, both curries, honey and garlic and heat slowly while stirring at low heat.
  2. Season to taste with salt and chilli and, depending on your taste, add a little more honey or chunky peanut butter.
