- 1 ½ kg chicken breast fillet (s)
- 100 ml butter, melted
- 100 ml honey, liquid
- 75 ml mustard (Dijon mustard)
- 30 ml curry powder
- 1 pinch (s) cayenne pepper

- Place the chicken breasts side by side in a baking dish. Mix the butter, honey, mustard, curry powder and cayenne pepper, then pour over the meat.
