Ingredients

  • 1 chicken, .2 kg, fresh or frozen
  • 7 tablespoon hot chili sauce from the Asian shop
  • 4 teaspoons honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ coriander, ground
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 0.25 liter ¼ red wine

Instructions

  1. Dry the chicken well with kitchen paper after washing. Mix all ingredients except the red wine. Brush the chicken well with it, save the rest. Put the marinated chicken in the fridge for 2 days.
  2. Then put the chicken, the rest of the marinade and the red wine in a roasting tube. Cook in the oven at 180 degrees for 75 minutes. This goes best with a baguette and a fresh salad. Good Appetite
