A very simple and affordable peanut butter recipe. We suggest making two versions of peanut butter – from roasted peanuts, which turns out to be dark brown, and from raw peanuts, which are light beige.

Raw unpeeled peanuts – 100 g
Roasted peeled peanuts – 100 g
Salt – 2 small pinches
Honey – 3 tbsp
Vegetable oil – 4 tbsp
How to make peanut butter:

To prepare light peanut butter, place the roasted, peeled peanuts in a blender bowl.
Using a blender, grind the peanuts to a fine crumb state. Add 1 pinch of salt to the peanuts, 1.5 tbsp of honey, 2 tablespoon. tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Grind all products once again until smooth. If you want the paste to be less thick, add more vegetable oil. Light peanut butter is ready.
To prepare the dark peanut butter, fry the raw peanuts in a skillet for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
This will end up with toasted brown peanuts.
The cooled roasted peanuts, without peeling, pour into the blender bowl and grind until fine crumbs. Add all the remaining ingredients to the chopped peanuts and chop everything until smooth. The dark peanut butter is ready.
Pour the finished peanut butter of 2 colors into containers and store in the refrigerator.
