Put the nuts in a hot frying pan. Place the roasted nuts in a blender and grind them into flour.
Beat the eggs in a bowl, add sugar. Whisk the mass slightly.
Add the sliced butter. Mix everything until homogeneous.
Add the almond flour and mix everything. Then add the sifted flour with the leavening agent.
Cut two pears into small dice and the last one into thin slices. Add the pear dice to the batter and mix.
Place the batter in a baking dish greased with some butter. Place the sliced pears in a circle on top of the cake coating them in some vanilla sugar first.
