- 250 g quark
- 3 tablespoon crème fraîche
- 3 tablespoon heavy cream
- 6 tablespoon honey or as needed
- 1 pear (s)
- 4 tablespoon walnuts or walnut halves
- Walnuts for decoration

- Mix the quark with the crème fraîche, cream and 4 - 6 tablespoons of honey. Chop and fold in the walnuts for the cream.
- Wash the pear, peel and chop if necessary. If you like, you can also cut a few columns for the decoration.
