Ingredients

  • 750 g potato (s)
  • 300 g pear (s)
  • 150 g cheese (Roquefort)
  • 200 ml milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 40 grams bacon

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices. Core, quarter and then cut the pears into wedges. Cut the cheese into cubes.
  2. Layer the potatoes and pears in a fan shape in a greased baking dish. Mix together milk, cheese, egg yolks and cornstarch, season and pour over potatoes and pears. Bake for about 45 minutes, after 25 minutes put the bacon slices on top.
