  • 60 g mararine
  • 100 g onion (s), finely diced
  • 1 pinch paprika powder
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • salt
  • 2 egg (s)

Instructions

  1. Toast the crust of the bread in the hot fat with the finely chopped parsley and the onion cubes. Pour 1 liter of water, season with salt and a pinch of paprika.
  2. Beat eggs lightly and pour into the boiling soup, stirring constantly.
  3. Serve the spicy soup hot.
