  • Breadcrumbs
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, egg and a little salt, then add enough water to make a dough that can be rolled out. Knead well and then roll out.
  2. Melt the butter and use it to spread the entire dough. Then sprinkle the breadcrumbs on top so that the entire dough is lightly covered. Then roll it up tightly like a roulade and flatten it a little. Brush the edge with egg white so that the roll doesn`t fall apart. Slice the roulade at an angle into approx. 1.5 cm wide strips and cook in the broth for 5-10 minutes. If you cook them too long, they will fall apart!
