Ingredients

  • 250 g cheese, taleio or oronzola
  • 500 g penne
  • olive oil
  • butter
  • 3 pear (s), ripe, peeled, pitted and cut into approx. 1cm pieces
  • 2 tablespoon thyme, finely chopped
  • 1 handful walnuts, chopped
  • 1 handful parmesan, grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C and place the whole Taleggio (or Gorgonzola) in an ovenproof dish in the oven for about 10 minutes until it melts. Cook the penne according to the instructions on the packet. Meanwhile, heat a dash of olive oil and two flakes of butter in a saucepan and add the pears and thyme. Heat while stirring. Only until the pears are warm, do not cook until they are tender!
  2. When the penne is done, drain it and collect some of the cooking water. Now add the penne, pears, thyme, walnuts and parmesan to the taleggio and mix. Add a little cooking water if the whole thing is too dry and sprinkle with a little parmesan. Good Appetite!
