Ingredients

  • 1 ball / n pizza dough, approx. 230 g
  • 1 large pear (s)
  • 80 g cheese (Taleio, Italian soft cheese)
  • 50 g pecorino, rated
  • 3 sage leaves
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pinch (s) sea salt, fine
  • 1 pinch (s) black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven with a pizza steel or pizza stone on the upper rail at 250 ° C for about 45 minutes.
  2. Halve the pear, remove the core and slice it into thin slices. Remove the rim from the Taleggio (Italian soft cheese) and dice the cheese.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough ball thinly and in a circle up to a diameter of approx. 30 cm. Spread a thin layer of olive oil on the dough, spread the diced Taleggio on the dough and place the pear slices on top. Spread the grated pecorino cheese and the plucked sage leaves on top. Finally, drizzle with honey and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake the pizza on the pizza steel in the hot oven for 3 - 4 minutes, with the pizza stone about 6 - 8 minutes.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy.
