- 250 g pizza douh
- 40 g suar
- 40 g cinnamon powder
- 1 tablespoon, heaped powdered sugar
- Peanut oil or deep-frying oil for deep-frying
- Chocolate cream, hazelnut cream or chocolate icing

- First, roll out the pizza dough so that it is about seven to ten millimeters thick. Cut the rolled out dough into strips about one to two centimeters wide and ten to twelve centimeters long. Then mix the cinnamon and sugar. Heat the chocolate cream over a double boiler or in the microwave so that it becomes liquid.
- Put plenty of oil in a deep pan or saucepan. Fry the strips of dough at around 170 ° C and turn occasionally until they have turned a golden yellow color. Then remove the pizza strips from the oil and let them drain on kitchen paper.
- Roll the drained strips in the cinnamon sugar and arrange on a plate. Finally dust the finished strips with powdered sugar and drizzle with the chocolate cream.
