Ingredients
- g 1,500 pork and beef, mixed
- 1 jar tomato peppers
- 2 red pepper (s)
- 4 bottles sauce (steak sauce)
- 1 bottle sauce (barbecue sauce)
- 2 cups crème fraîche
- 1 cup cream
- 1 bunch spring onion (s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 80 ml Metaxa or similar brandy
- 250 ml red wine
- 50 ml soy sauce

- Dice the meat, paprika and onions, press the garlic. Pour all ingredients into a large roasting pan, stir and let steep overnight.
- Then let it stew at 200 degrees for 60-80 minutes.
